The Law Office of Denver tax attorney Kreig Mitchell LLC is owned and operated by Colorado Tax Lawyer Kreig Mitchell.
Mr. Mitchell started his legal career by serving as a student attorney for a low income taxpayer tax clinic and a volunteer for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel. After that Mr. Mitchell founded the Law Office of Kreig Mitchell and he has provided tax and financial planning services for two registered investment advisory firms.
Mr. Mitchell is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Texas and he is admitted to practice before all state courts in Texas and Colorado and the US Tax Court. Mr. Mitchell currently holds five college degrees, including an advanced tax law degree (LLM in taxation), a law degree (JD), and a masters degree in personal financial planning.
Mr. Mitchell's clients are located in many US states and several foreign countries. Mr. Mitchell's typical tax matter ranges from as little as $50,000 to well over $1 million. Mr. Mitchell also represents indigent taxpayers through the Boulder County Legal Aid Society.
